By paying your dues, you become a member of the Edgewater Homeowners Association for the year. Members can rent Boat Rack spaces, be Board Members, and vote on important matters.

Annual Membership Dues are $60 for each Edgewater House.
Dues allow the beach and boat launch to be maintained according to the requirements of the property deed and Edgewater Homeowners Association bylaws. Dues also fund the landscape materials for the entry gardens, the liability insurance on both waterfront properties, and any neighborhood improvement projects.
Without dues, there is no Homeowners Association, and your valuable neighborhood assets are at risk.
Senior Discount
Dues of $60 per house are greatly needed and appreciated by all members so that everyone contributes and benefits equally from the use of our Neighborhood resources.
